I'd like to point out that at this moment this repo is unusable, because:
Firebase account creation, authentication and project selection is not even mentioned, I understand that its out of scope of this project, but you can add links to relevant resources or at least mention the need to set it up.
The Google Cloud Console GUI and specifically Actions on Google Console has changed significantly and the current instructions do not much the reality, buttons have moved or missing.
also file src/config-provider.ts is completely missing from the project although it is addressed in the instructions.
