Resizing ProximityTrace down from 20 to 1 as it is currently unused and this will reduce the overall Exposure message size by 50%.

This is a much simpler fix than removing ProximityTrace altogether and allows us to use ProximityTrace in the future if deemed beneficial in calibrations.
