Recompute model-level-wind.zarr and update readme. #38

Fixed #8.

I have re-computed the model-level-wind.zarr file & resolved the inconsistency with data shard(2008-08-27 for dve) and ensure data integrity. Additionally, I have removed the corresponding comment in the readme file. Also tested the zarr file thoroughly after making the changes, and everything looks good from my end.
