Working state of this repo

Thanks a lot for sharing the env and code. Just wondering about the working state of this repo? I only took a cursory look, and before a deeper dive, just wanted to ensure I'm not missing any prerequisites. Specifically,

• is there any dependency on dm_control here?
• I'm looking to replicate the hal-demo using this env. Can you update/add documents (or maybe already there, then direct me to it) please?
