Hi @Hanjun-Dai , this PR contains all the changes and updates I made when running the experiments on all samplers for both Bernoulli and categorical model. The list of changes are as follow:
reverted back rng of the init state of the sampler
added dlmc config file
updated num loglike calls increments for dlmc, path_auxiliary and gwg
developed a script that sweeps over models, samplers and configs to generate results automatically.
moved saving results functionality from main to the evaluation class. Also saving a CSV file with the results which gets appended as new samplers are being called.
developed plotting functionality for the results.
