It feels like we are 255.0 times too bright.
It think it is just the default exposure needs to be 0.0125 rather than 1.0
Got it needed to adjust the default_exposure
to the inverse of the exposure

We used commodity DSLR cameras with fisheye lenses. Pose estimation was performed with COLMAP.
My work was done with an iPhone 13 Pro Max in a gimbal on a tripod with exposure locked
