There are some troubles installing jaxlib on windows, that probably would be number 1 thing to solve.

Try this for windows 10 system in your multinerf env: pip install jax==0.3.16 https://whls.blob.core.windows.net/unstable/cuda111/jaxlib-0.3.14+cuda11.cudnn82-cp39-none-win_amd64.whl
