Environment only release? #10

Hi, Is it possible to have a release without dopamine & tensorflow dependencies? We want to include to support this environment in our project but we are using PyTorch so we want to avoid the additional dependencies. I understand this is a Google's project so it might not be a priority to support PyTorch users. Please let me know if that something that can be supported.
