Wrong link in table of contents #28

I noticed that the link for "Choosing the model architecture" in the table of contents is wrong. It points to tuning_playbook#choosing-a-model-architecture , but the actual heading is tuning_playbook#choosing-the-model-architecture and thus it's not working.

Anyways, awesome work! :)

Nevermind, I just noticed there's already a PR (#26) for this.
