Change typo in url to 'the' instead of 'a' #48

The current link in the README for 'choosing-a-model-architecture' doesn't go anywhere as the actual heading is 'Choosing the model architecture'. This PR simply changes 'a' to 'the' in this URL so that it works correctly.
