I find the fuzzer will ignore those files which names contain '/README.txt' to add then into queue, but the default name of README file is 'README.testcases', so I change '/README.txt' to '/README.testcases'.
I also find the url of llvm-project afl_driver.cpp is obsolete, and it will make the CI failed, so I update it.
