In order to allow compatibility with GTMSessionFetcher 3+ we will increase our iOS min version from 9 to 10.

Slight course change here. We're going to ship this as part of a minimal 2.0.0 release in order to help get a GTMSessionFetcher 3.0 fix to developers.
