The following changes are present in this PR:

Adds a new Objective-C testing target: SwiftToObjCAPITests
Reorganizes the package targets for better reuse across the test targets
Provides examples for using the Swift library in Objective-C as well as establishing expectations for how the Swift API translates to Objective-C
Updates the API for GTMKeychainStore errors to make them more informative in Objective-C
