Monitor paging and page zeroing using SYSTEM_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION #139

UIforETW could, along with its other periodic monitoring, track some of the SYSTEM_PERFORMANCE_INFORMATION counters as listed here:

Testing will be needed to see which of these actually work and are useful, but a numerical summary of them could be useful.
