• it's a simple async JS include, just like GA.
• GTM provides a way to easily inject GA tracking, plus lots more... -- we can setup custom rules to execute on particular pages - e.g. you can inject custom tracking logic for particular page (track interaction with particular content, etc). -- GTM provides a lot of baked in features like click analytics -- we can version tag releases and push updates to tracking without needing to rev devsite content -- we can reuse tracking code/rules across multiple page (i.e. "macros" in GTM speak)

Do we have a tag manager account? The change should be straightforward, but requires a commit to and push of devsite itself, so the TM account needs to be ready to go.
