[BUG] Image does not resize correctly #319

The image anchored on the right of the page does not scale correctly when resizing the page causing text to be cutoff. All the images anchored to the left scale properly.

This seems to be ok on developer.google.com

Fixed on Develop-dot-web, I will close once it's checked on web-central
