Add SEO relevance to Legible Font Size docs #6831

Overview is currently

Font sizes smaller than 12px are often difficult to read on mobile devices, and may require users to pinch-to-zoom in order to display the text at a comfortable reading size.

I think we need to connect this back to SEO and describe why mobile friendliness is an important factor.
