As with much of what I have seen on Wordpress.com, it is written by highly intelligent, technology familiar individuals, using terminologies which are intimate to their discipline. NOT ALL OF US ARE NERDS!!!!! Much, if not all of the information provided is confusing because it is written from the wrong viewpoint. It is NOT written from the viewpoint of the lesser switched-on end user. The likes of me, perhaps a fairly typical non-techi, is to be kept wondering what on earth are they talking about.

I have raised a query about the incorporation of audio blocks. The response from Wordpress was to go and look at their Support pages which are incoherent to anyone other than a specialist. That caused me to raise the query. Maybe the Support staff don't understand either, so like zombies they pass it off by saying read XY and Z, hoping that the query will go away.

I am English, old school. I understand the language. I also understand readability scores. Perhaps you should go back to school to re-learn what you have forgotten about communicating.
