What needs to be done?

This is just a high level question on the SEO score in Lighthouse: How can a web page score 100 if it's not mobile-friendly?

DevTools(Chrome76) audit on html page says "Document does not have a meta description". I "Learned more" and added a meta description to every page on my website with varying descriptions:

... The audit then reported the same problem in the SEO section when there is a meta description. It seems to be an error.
