I never did see those Green dots as suggested. Only Elements Reflects Changes. #7942

I never did see the green dots appear indicating connection. Perhaps Chrome is using different indications now ? I did see some folders colored green for example. The only time my webpage changed was when editing under the ELEMENTS tab. My assignment asks me to change my HTML and CSS files and see the changes using Tools. This tutorial did not allow me to do that.
