What needs to be done?

Functionality is now at chrome://inspect/#devices not Remote devices tab

Remote devices tab was much better I can't see my connected Android phone it's only showing devices on my network like Chromecast, it is not discovering the connected Android device that I had plugged into my Macbook with USB C. I tried turning off and on and other variants.

I concur. The doc page needs to be changed accordingly, I couldn't get the screencast working.
