Chrome DevTools is only showing me mobile sites. I did not click anything. I did not set it as such. WHY #9296

No matter what website, nor what pixel ratio I have set, CHROME IS ONLY SHOWING ME MOBILE WEBSITES IN DEV TOOLS.

This needs to stop immediately. There is not a single link I could find that addresses this issue. I have it set to responsive. It was not happening earlier today and now it is. Why is it happening and HOW DO I MAKE IT STOP PERMANENTLY! This is unbelievably frustrating.
