This adds additional unit tests to the png view and fixes a few bugs exposed by them:

The resize observer does not trigger on a resize event, this is likely an issue with the resize observer.
We did not properly pull streams (legacy, not really used anymore)
We try to re-establish a connection in case of a stream failure..
