Support parallel downloads in FHIR Engine #1991

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I should be able to perform multiple requests in parallel with DownloadWorkManager

Describe the solution you'd like Support for performing multiple requests in parallel in FHIR Engine

@anchita-g Please update the priority. (p1/p2/p3 ...). Please add effort to fix this issue. (xsmall/small/large).
