Describe the bug Demo app crashes with ServerConfiguration is not provided. The demo app should also work in offline mode when there is no server configuration given.

Component Core library, SDC library, reference app, or SDC gallery app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
