Missing specification #3

This repo is linked from dart-lang/intl (via a Google Code redirect) but hasn't been updated since 2014. The README says that the specification of the ARB format is in the "doc" directory, but this directory doesn't exist.

Where is the specification of the ARB format, please? I can't find any useful documentation on its full capabilities.

Perfect, thank you. I guess I should have looked there.

Is there a better place to stay up-to-date with changes (future versions) of the spec?

@shanjian The spec seems to be misleading — see #4 . Or do ARB files support JavaScript commands and inline comments, unlike JSON?
