Fix directed advertising test #61

The scanner doesn't specify own_address_type. Also, Android doesn't support scanning with public identity address, so two devices must be paired and enable address resolution before the test.

Actually depends on https://github.com/google/bumble/pull/321 but RootCanal doesn't raise any failure with this case.
