clang-tidy broke the world #1766

AnalyzeTemporaryDtors option is no longer recognized by clang-tidy-18, and that renders the whole config invalid and completely ignored. What are they thinking?

Looks like github workers are having some issues, those failures make no sense, and are happening elsewhere too.
