FieldImages don't render in drag shadow when pulled from the toolbox #604

Steps:

  1. Add a block with a FieldImage to the toolbox. (text block works for this; watch the quotes during dragging.)
  2. Drag it out of the toolbox

Expected: The dragged image should look exactly like the toolbox rendering, including the rendering of the FieldImages.

Observed Drag shadow (image during drag) does not include the image.
