What Prompted the Removal of Acrobot? #425

Hi,

I was considering using acrobot for some experiments in Brax. What prompted its removal from the repo back in March 30th's commits?

Hi @bebark , I think it was just removed for convenience. Feel free to add it back, it should be pretty similar to the inverted double pendulum env in the current repo
