Enable memory bandwidth metrics in AMD Epyc Servers #3186

I would like to see memory bandwidth metrics from Cadvisor. There are specific metrics named "container_memory_bandwidth_bytes".

I know they are under resctrl. However, I can not enable the cadvisor to collect resctrl matrices. I'm using AMD epyc servers as hosts for containers and advisors.

Any help on how to see memory bandwidth from cadvisor would be appreciated.

+1 would be nide to habe support for DF/L3 metrics on AMD Epyc platforms.

I guess this is perfectly doable but access to such an Epyc server is needed. I don't have any available at hand.
