Add basic .gitignore #36

This just adds a very simple .gitignore to the repo

@kazrakcom I just signed the CLA, but feel free to add this yourself, if you want, and that is easier.

The CLA is still showing as unsigned. I've created a new .gitignore pull with a couple more files in it and merged it.
