German characters mangled by CAP Validator #18

We checked your validator and found a small problem: The CAP text is ok, if we insert a CAP document (UTF-8 or ISO 8859-1) into the validator (see _before.png). After pressing the "Valide"-button, German characters are incorrect (see _after.png).

If you have some ideas to solve this problem (e.g. upload the correct CAP document as file?), please inform us.
