Throw warning if areas are complex #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. having multiple shapes in an <area> - throw a warning
  2. having multiple geocode names (not just geocodes - throw a warning

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The warning should say "You've included multiple 's in your alert. Please make sure that these areas are only alertable regions, and not other event-related locations such as area-of-origin."
