Thanks for reporting this - logging them here is fine. They certainly should not be able to edit the agent properties, although for now they will be able to see the api_key (which would allow them to send messages). They should be allowed to delete the agent, but that should only delete it from their account, not globally. And as for viewing/modifying the collaborators, this is something we haven't been able to do yet, but is certainly a feature we will add. If you would like to do this now, you can email chatbase-feedback@google.com and we can assist.
I'll investigate today to see if the 'Add collaborators' functionality is currently working as intended and let you know what I find out.
Thanks @vmkrish.
Okay I understand what you mean in terms of them deleting the agent. As far as I could see it I was able to edit the agent's name etc. Would be great if that feature could be fleshed out - editing collaborators.
Hey JP, just an update, I think Ofer talked to you over email, but despite what it seems, it currently doesn't allow "viewers" to edit the agent. We're working on polishing off some of the UI here so that it's clearer what's happening, and I'll update this bug when that's done.
Hey Viknesh,
Thanks, yes, Ofer did get hold of me & covered the details around collaborators. We’ve added some and they’re using it!
Thanks!

Hi there,
Not sure where else to log these issues. We're trying to add a collaborator to an agent. Having added them with 'view only' mode they are in fact able to edit and even delete the agent. This does not seem right. I don't want a view-only user being able to edit anything!
Also, there does not seem to be any way of now viewing the people I have added as collaborators. We'd need to be able to revoke access etc.
