This set of patches updates the localization, and drops the browser action. WDYT?

LGTM. Although it seems that some languages are missing, and will now have incomplete translations. We'll have to either get those translations, or remove the languages entirely.

Can you send an email to the list with the missing languages?

I suspect we can simply remove them, given the extension's usage, but it would be good to confirm.
