Dept Code not given as an input option in print dialog when enabled in Toshiba eStudio ppd File #348

I am running CUPS 1.7.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 and I have an updated PPD file (with filter) from Toshiba. The option to enter the department number shows up in the CUPS web interface, but when I try to print from the chromebook there is no option to update it and pass it to the printer.

I've attached the original ppd and filter files. I tried to edit the DeptCode section to enable it, but that didn't work and the cloud printer information.

(I have not implemented gcp-cups-connector.config.json)
