Project filter should filter out blackbox fuzzers #1099

When trying to look up the stats for llvm fuzzers only, I'm seeing fuzz targets from all projects: https://oss-fuzz.com/fuzzer-stats?group_by=by-fuzzer&date_start=2019-10-04&date_end=2019-10-10&fuzzer=libFuzzer&project=llvm

It is just some blackbox fuzzers and other fuzzing engine afl jsfuzzer graphicsfuzz
