Phaser 3.60 Integration #282

This pull request will switch from Phaser CE to Phaser 3.60 to supported the latest changes and features. This means there will be braking changes and older games with Phaser CE blocks will no longer work.

Because of the changed architecture it's not possible to automatically convert Phaser CE blocks to Phaser 3.60 blocks automatically.
