Update pylint invocation in run_all_tests to 1.3 compatible #12

The output format of pylint has changed to hide the filename.

Use a msg-format to get it back. Instructions here: http://docs.pylint.org/output.html

32 switched pylint to 1.1 - module name is printed, filename is hidden.

60 introduced depot_tools, which contains pylint 1.4.
