Remove AST parsing when AST repos are gone #25

The AST parsing is just for backwards compatiblity, and should be removed.

Tool for AST->JSON conversion added in 30a9d6fbdbc4b698c4c158e92a94763ab1331b2c

AST parsing removed as part of #65. (sideswipe cleanup).
