Question unlock requires refresh #157

Not sure if I'm just holding it wrong, but I've consistently observed that completing a question which unlocks the next question requires the submitter to refresh the page to see the unlocked question.

Any way to prevent the need to refresh the page or otherwise force a reload on submission so user does not have to manually reload page?

Hrrm, this should not happen. Let me look if there's a regression in the javascript.

Any luck? We've used this scoreboard extensively for over a year now and I think this behavior has always been present. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
