Provide user preferences for edge rendering #27

We now have a basic editor for edge rendering, but still no way to set
default values for the user.  Edge rendering should be integrated with the
Eclipse Preference model.

Related to issue 11
(http://code.google.com/p/google-depan/issues/detail?id=11).  This extends
the basic capability added there with Preference settings.
