Relation Editor enhancement #40

The Relation Editor allows user setting relation rendering properties. 
This is supported at the level of individual relations.

A few enhancements
- Change its tool label from Edge editor to Relation editor.
- Allow relations to be sorted by any column.
- Allow multiple selection of relations.
- Allow simultaneous modification to all relations, even when multiple ones
are selected.
- Allow control over relation label presentation.
