Add depsdev as example application #22

AFAIK depsdev is the only CLI client available for deps.dev API.
This PR adds that tool as example app in the README file.

Hi @edoardottt! Thanks for your PR, and sorry about the slow response. Your client looks cool and linking to it from the README sounds great, but please leave the current Example applications section as-is, and make a new section for Third-party tools and integrations (similar to what's in the osv.dev README). The example applications in this repo are only meant to illustrate API usage, and aren't necessarily useful beyond that, while tools like yours are useful in their own right.
