iOS SDK #186

It would be very nice if a simple iOS SDK in packaged form was provided. Right now, the closest thing I can find is the code in the (https://github.com/google/eddystone/tree/master/tools/ios-eddystone-scanner-sample). While it works to paste this into our projects, I get pushback from the team by doing that, since it's not adhering to our code standard.

Are you looking for something like the Nearby Messages pod?
