Hi adonaiarruda. The new Bluetooth 5 specification has much more room for how much data can be advertised -- https://blog.bluetooth.com/exploring-bluetooth5-whats-new-in-advertising -- so there should be less reason to fight for space with URL shorteners.

(That aside, this is more of a feature request than a pull request. The current specification reflects what many manufacturers have implemented. Changing it means creating a new version of the Eddystone specification, persuading manufacturers to implement it, etc. etc.)
