I think e-7D2 should be unified with ARIB 9126 / Amd 6 & Unicode 5.2 U+26F3 
FLAG IN HOLE, 
annotated "golf course". Right now there is just a note that  e-7D2 is related.

Please use this syntax for the code point attribute:
unicode="*26F3"
The star indicates unification with an *upcoming* Unicode 5.2 character.
