Consider different mapping for blood types #124

Consider the 4 blood type symbols e-50B through e-50E. KDDI has squared symbols
with black on
white; Softbank has circled symbols with white on black; so the specific shape
does not seem
important. We have several choices besides adding a new subsection for these:

1. Unify the single-letter ones with Unicodes in the circled Latin section
24B6-24CF, and add the
circled AB around U+1F190

2. Add these in the squared Latin section that began with new ARIB symbols. In
this case:
e-50B squared A would be added at U+1F130
e-50C squared B would be unified with U+1F131
e-50E squared O would be added at U+1F13E
e-50D squared AB would be added around U+1F190

Apple/Google: Merge into the white on black (negative) squared latin capital
letters
at U+1F170 and above. Change names accordingly, using "negative". Annotate as
blood
types.
