Apple has created the font that will be used to produce the proposal document,
and to
print the ISO 10646 and Unicode standard charts. The license for that font is
not
defined yet.
Support for displaying Emoji depends on vendor support. Once standardized,
there will
probably be fonts available. More "nice" display with colored and animated
images is
usually achieved with dedicated support, as is done in Japanese cell phones, in
the
iPhone with SoftBank subscription, in Google Mail, and in products from other
vendors.
